A Retained Search is an exclusive partnership between The Highland Group and our client for either a single role or for a multi-search project. The Retained Agreement typically involves either all or a portion of the fee paid upon initiation of the search, which allows both The Highland Group and our client to be mutually invested. Retained Search work is prioritized within the firm and receives a team of dedicated recruiters assigned to the project. Clients will receive a complete time line of the search with candidate delivery dates and a target completion date for the Retained Project.
